I am an experienced real estate agent with a special understanding of and interest in local historic neighborhoods and urban retail districts. I hold a B.A. in Anthropology with emphasis on Historic Archaeology, a B.A. in Urban Studies, and a M.S. in Urban and Regional Planning. My education has given me a great working knowledge of the broader context in which Knoxville has been and continues to be developed. Further, much of my education was spent specifically studying the neighborhoods of and surrounding downtown Knoxville. I have also been a resident of various Knoxville historic neighborhoods and work hard daily to support local retailers. Finally, I have been a real estate agent since 2003. In 2009, I ranked in the top 7% of agents in the Knoxville Area Association of REALTORS^® with regard to sales volume. I have great knowledge and experience to share.
